About me
My belief is that bodies are made to heal, and my role is to create a safe, trauma-informed space that encourages the body to slow down and repair.
My approach is tailored to each individual; no session will be the same. I incorporate a blend of modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, and myofascial work which feels like slow intuitive work. I love working with absolutely everyone; from first time massage patients to fellow bodyworkers, from people looking for preventative work, to those in life limiting pain.
All bodies are welcome. I am aware that the wellness world can feel unwelcoming to many. I strive to make a comfortable experience for every person that I work with. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and people of all abilities and sizes are celebrated and treated equally in my room.
One of my favorite aspects of my work is connecting people to their body by helping them explore their own unique patterns. Getting curious in a nonjudgmental way can teach us to move and rest how we're meant to, creating a home within ourselves.
I've wanted to be a Massage Therapist since I was young, although it took me trying out a dozen other career paths before actually settling into the field. I completed my training at the Arizona School of Integrated Studies in Flagstaff, Arizona, and I look forward to a lifetime of learning in this field.
I recognize every single day how special it is to be able to work with people while they're on their healing journey; each session feels like an honor.
I look forward to working with you soon.
